View Our Inspection Checklist
All inspections start at 9 am and will last a minimum of 5 hours.
Inspections cannot take place while repairs are ongoing, the RV is being detailed, or during scheduled walk-throughs.
Adequate Space
There must be enough space to fully extend and retract all slide-out rooms and awnings and to safely maneuver a ladder around the RV.
RV Refrigerator
The RV refrigerator should be turned on at least 12 hours before the inspection.
RV Propane
Propane tanks should be at least half full.
Fuel for RV Generator Testing
The RV's fuel tank should be at least half full.
RV Hookups
A shore power supply of 50A or 30A is required (110v house power is not suitable).
If a city water connection is not available, the freshwater tank must be full.
Dewinterization should be completed before the inspection.
Wastewater/sewer hookups are preferred but not mandatory.
RV Keys and Personal Contents
Please remove personal items from all areas, including exterior storage bays and interior cabinets and closets.
Bed linens and furniture covers should be removed.
Keys for all areas must be accessible, including entrance doors, cargo bays, fuel doors, and ignition (if applicable).
Wheel covers should be removed.
